Buyers Agent Fees

With clear pricing, there are no hidden surprises - our service includes the entire process.

An Engagement Fee of $7,500.00 incl GST is due upfront & is non-refundable.

The Final Fee is payable to Purpose Property Australia Pty Ltd when a property purchase contract becomes unconditional. The Final Fee is in addition to the initial Engagement Fee.

Schedule 1 - Final Fee Price List (in addition to Engagement Fee)

Up to $700,000 - $13,000 incl GST

$700,001, to $1,000,000 - $16,000 incl GST

$1,000,001 to $1,300,000 - $19,000 incl GST

$1,300,001 to $1,600,000 - $22,000 incl GST

$1,600,001 to $1,900,000 - $25,000 incl GST

$1,900,001 to $2,200,000 - $28,000 incl GST

$2,200,001 to $2,500,000 - $31,000 incl GST

$2,500,001+ 1.90% of Purchase Price incl GST

Repeat Client Discount

A $1,000 discount will be applied to the final fee for repeat clients. This is a client who has previously purchased a property using Purpose Property Australia Pty Ltd as their Buyer’s Agent.
