An Engagement Fee of $4,400.00 incl GST is due upfront & is non-refundable.
The Final Fee is payable to Purpose Property when a property purchase contract becomes unconditional. The Final Fee is based on the Total Fee less the Engagement Fee. See below, for a list of total fees based on Purchase Price.

Purchases up to $700,000 = $14,000 incl. GST

Management Service
Currently only offered to clientsIf you purchase a property through us and would like to renovate, our project management services can help you take the stress out of the process.
We coordinate and manage your entire renovation from start to finish, according to your preferences and budget. We have expert knowledge in both real estate and renovation, so we can help you make the best decisions for your property and help you to maximise the return on your investment.
Project management fee = 20% on cost
