Purpose Property project consulting fees
Here is our current offering and what we have been sending to existing clients who have been requesting this service.
Phase 1 - Feasibility & Logistics Consulting - $1,100 including GST
You don't know what you don't know! We will conduct and deliver a feasibility and logistics report on your site giving you a full picture of the various development pathways and any hurdles that must be overcome to achieve them.
This includes a 1-hour consult where we walk through the report's findings, answer questions, and outline your next steps to move the project forward.
If you proceed with Phase 2 - End to End Project Consulting & Co-ordination after completing Phase 1- Feasibility & Logistics study, the $1,100 will be discounted from the final project fees.
Phase 2 - End to End Project Consulting & Coordination - Quoted Basis ($22,000 incl GST)
Ideal for the person who wants to get the project off the ground and completed but would like someone else to do the heavy lifting.
You would engage Purpose Property to be involved with the following:
- Clarifying the scope of the project and the key steps involved
- Sourcing & Reviewing Options for builders, landscapers, town planners, engineers, designers
- Tracking progress of the build project across all aspects
- Reviewing key documents from an investors perspective to ensure the numbers stack
- Advising the client so they can make informed decisions
- Co-ordinating communication between all parties so that things don't get missed
